Instructions:
Heat press to 325 degrees
Prepress garment or accessory for 5 seconds
Place the patch where you want it on the garment
Cover with a Teflon sheet and press firmly for 15-20 seconds
Turn the garment inside out and press the inside as well for approximately 8-10 seconds.
Let it cool off and check to make sure all areas of the patch is firmly in place. Repress if needed. 

If you decide to use iron it must be set with the highest setting.  You also must use a lot of pressure all over.  Heat press is recommended.

VERY IMPORTANT:  Wash on gentle cycle, lay flat to dry.  Do not put in dryer. Do not use any fabric softener.
